What TMS and CAT tools do you work with?
Our PMs adapt to whatever platform you use. We have hands-on experience with Trados, memoQ, XTRF, Phrase, XBench, and QA Distiller, but we work with any TMS your operation runs on — no migration, no disruption.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We sign a mutual NDA at the company level, and every Verizia PM signs an individual confidentiality agreement. Your clients, your data, and your processes stay fully protected.
Does the PM work exclusively for us?
Yes. Your PM is dedicated exclusively to your operation — same person, same account, every day. No shared resources, no context-switching between clients.
What happens if the PM leaves or gets sick?
If your PM leaves, we assign a fully briefed replacement at no extra cost. If they’re sick, we reimburse you for that day. Your operation keeps running — no excuses.
Is there a minimum contract or retainer?
No retainer, no long-term commitment. You pay month-to-month, in advance. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
What does onboarding look like?
We start with a kickoff call — your team, your new PM, and Verizia’s Director of Operations. From there, we follow your lead. Whether it takes one session or several, we stay in onboarding mode until you’re confident we have everything we need to run your operation the right way.
What timezone do you cover?
Our PMs work 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (US coverage) and 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET (European coverage), Monday through Friday. Full overlap with both US and European business hours.
Do you work white-label?
Yes — by default. Your PM communicates under your brand, your email domain, and your style guide. Your clients never need to know we’re involved.
What languages do you cover?
Our PM team operates in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Italian. We manage projects across all major language pairs in those markets.
Do you have experience in our industry?
We work across multiple verticals including pharmaceutical, legal, technology, finance, and life sciences. If your domain has specific requirements, we’ll match you with a PM who knows it.
